Home sales were down, but prices were stable in 2010, according to a new year-end report by the Wisconsin REALTORS Association (WRA). Sales of existing homes for 2010 were 7.5 percent below 2009, but the median home price of $141,000 for 2010 was just 1.1 percent below the previous year, according to the report. One of the best parts of living in Madison is the Wisconsin Badgers football team.  This year Bret Bielema led the badgers to the top rankings in college football and qualified them for the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.  One of my favorite things to do during the fall is attend a home badger football game in Camp Randall stadium.

I'm in the evening program and intend to still work full-time in real estate, while also obtaining my degree.  One of my classes is forcing me to do a lot of thinking right now about my core values and value creation.  For any business to succeed it must create value for the customer. I raised $435 for the Special Olympics and even had a nice swim.  I teamed up with some other people from my church: Rae, Stephanie, Nick, Amy, and Jenna.  As a team we raised over $1000.  It was a beautiful sunny day for a swim in Lake Monona.  Check out the video.
